首次在中高温(>150℃)的有机体系中,结合表面活性剂成功制备出规整的PbS纳米棒,在短时间(约25 s)快速冷却的条件下研究了初始晶核的微观形貌,这对理解PbS纳米棒的生长具有重要意义,根据初始晶核偶极子的分析计算,认为:在晶核<100>方向上的偶极子作用是PbS纳米棒形成的主要推动力;确认了晶粒的粗化过程属于"定向附着"而不是Ostalwald熟化过程.
