以笼形八聚(γ-氯化铵丙基)倍半硅氧烷(OCAPS)与丁二酸酐为原料进行了酰胺化反应,合成了笼形八聚(羧乙基羰氨基丙基)倍半硅氧烷(OCPS),产率约为60%,产物易溶于DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)和DMSO(二甲基亚砜)等强极性溶剂,微溶于水,不溶于THF(四氢呋喃)和氯仿等有机溶剂,经FT-IR、1 H-NMR和29Si-NMR验证了其化学结构.利用XRD和SEM研究了其聚集态结构,结果表明,OCPS为多晶结构,在本体状态下聚集为微米级的立方体块状颗粒;EDS能谱分析表明,OCPS的各组成元素比例与理论值接近;热重分析表明,OCPS在226℃和511℃有2次较大的失重,分别对应羧基的脱除和有机取代基的分解.
