用传统的三氟乙酸盐—金属有机化合物热解法(简称TFA-MOD)来制备YBCO超导薄膜,由于制备时间长,不利于工业化.本文通过加入高沸点螯合剂二乙醇胺来改善前驱液性质,然后采用高温烧结一步法快速制备出完整的YBCO超导薄膜.制备的YBCO超导薄膜致密、几乎无a轴晶粒,YBCO(00l)峰具有立方取向,没有其他杂相峰.同时,转变起始温度TC=91K,转变宽度△TC=2K;在77 K、自场下临界电流密度Jc=~1MA/cm2.实验结果表明,整个制备时间至少缩短10h以上,制备出的YBCO超导薄膜性能优良,该方法为以后的工业化长带生产提供了有利方向.

The trdatianal metal organic deposition(MOD) containing metal trifluoroacetates(TFA) is a long process to fabricate YBCO films,it is unsuitable for the industrialized production.In this paper,the YBCO precursor solution was improved by the inclusion of high-boiling-point solvents such as diethanolamine(DEA),it can be only crystallized into high pyrolysisin without pyrolysis to YBCO films on LaAlO3 single crystal substrates.The high quality YBCO films were abttained,c-axis YBCO films with smooth morphologies,strong and sharp(00l) diffraction peaks of YBCO and Jc(77K) values ~1 MA/cm2,the Tc-zero(Tc) and Tc-onset were measured to be 89 K and 91K.The result appears to be enabled by changing the nature of precursor decomposition by use of the DEA additive.This new YBCO solution deposition method suggests a route toward inexpensive and commercializable solution deposited YBCO coated conductor since such a short time permits a 10 h reduction in overall YBCO processing time.
