以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)作为官能单体,制备了含有酮羰基的聚丙烯酸酯乳液.将此乳液与己二酸二酰肼(ADH)混合,制备了空调铝箔用涂料.讨论了DAAM的量对乳液凝胶率、涂膜吸水率、耐腐蚀性、耐划性能、热分解性能的影响,并且通过FT-IR对聚合物结构进行表征.结果表明,随着DAAM的量的增加,聚丙烯酸酯乳液的凝胶率增大,乳液稳定性变差,涂膜的耐水性、耐划性、耐腐蚀性增强,而热稳定性减弱.
