将非水相脂肪酶催化合成方法应用于淀粉改性领域,以猪胰脂肪酶为催化剂,合成了淀粉/聚己内酯接枝共聚物.红外光谱和核磁共振谱证明产物中确实已接枝上聚已内酯,通过核磁谱图分析计算有97%以上的聚己内酯接枝在C2,C3位的羟基上.详细研究了温度、初始水活度、pH值、底物摩尔比(已内酯/淀粉重复单元)对接枝率的影响,发现50℃、初始水活度为0.75、pH值为7.5、底物摩尔比大于6时接枝效果较好.
