电缆附件和电缆绝缘间的界面压力是确保电缆附件安全运行的关键。基于决定电缆附件界面放电特性的界面压力,介绍了影响电缆附件界面压力的几个主要因素:电缆附件和电缆绝缘界面的粗糙度、温度和电缆附件材料的应力松驰特性。得出增加界面光滑度、控制电缆运行温升、选择耐松驰性附件材料等措施可提高电缆附件的长期运行可靠性。
The interface pressure between cable accessory and cable insulation is the key to ensure the safety of cable accessory. Based on the interface pressure which determined the discharge characteristics of cable accessory, several influence factors of interface pressure were introduced, that is the roughness between cable accessory and cable insulation, temperature and the stress relaxation characteristics of cable accessory material. The long-term operational reliability of cable accessory can increase by increasing the interface smoothness, controlling the operation temperature rise of cable and selecting the accessory materi-al with relaxation resistance.
