以五水合硝酸铋和合成的硒代硫酸钠为原料,乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)为络合剂,在pH=10的氨水-氯化铵缓冲溶液中,45～95℃冷凝回流反应2～8h,合成了均匀完整的单相Bi_2Se_3超薄纳米片,片的厚度大约为20nm,边长为200nm.系统研究了合成温度与反应时间对产物相组成及其微观形貌的影响,并探讨了合成Bi_2Se_3的反应机制.
Single-phase Bi_2Se_3 nanoplates have been synthesized in the NH_3 · H_2O-NH_4Cl buffer solution(PH=10),using Bi(NO_3)_3·5H_2O and Na_2SeSO_3 as starting materials,and EDTA was employed as complexing agent. The temperature of the solution was held at 45-95℃ for 2～ 8h. Uniform ultra-thinhexagonal nanoplates with the thickness of 20 nm and the edge length of 200nm were obtained. The effects of reaction temperature and time on the phase composition and mierostructure were discussed, and the reaction mechanism of Bi_2Se_3 nanoplates was also investigated.
