为了研究电荷消散过程的影响因素,采用高阻计对直流电压下环氧绝缘材料的体积电阻率和表面电阻率等关键电气性能进行测量,并采用电容探头法用直流试验装置测量直流高压撤去后的表面电荷消散情况.通过相关理论研究,建立了环氧绝缘材料电气性能与电荷消散的关系,并提出了环氧绝缘材料电气性能的改进措施,即适当增大环氧绝缘材料的体积电阻率和减小表面电阻率,可以减少电荷的积聚量,加快直流电压下环氧绝缘材料表面电荷的消散.
In order to study the influence factors of surface charge dissipation process, high resistance meter was used to measure the key electrical properties such as volume resistivity and surface resistivity of epoxy insulating materials under DC high-voltage, and the surface charge dissipation process after removing the DC high-voltage was measured by capacitance probe method using DC high-voltage test device. The relationship between electrical properties of epoxy insulating materials and surface charge dissipation process was established. The improvement measures to electrical properties of epoxy insulating materials were determined, that is increasing the volume resistivity and reducing the surface resistivity appropriately, which can reduce the accumulation of surface charge and accelerate the dissipation of surface charge.
