为考察聚合物基复合材料的热氧老化性能,将双马来酰亚胺及其复合材料置于150℃有氧环境中老化1000 h,采用动态力学分析,热重等测试了材料物理性能;采用X射线光电子能谱分析了双马来酰亚胺复合材料化学结构变化,对比了不同老化时间材料性能的变化规律,分析了老化机制.结果表明,双马来酰亚胺树脂基体和复合材料的表层发生了明显化学变化,在老化初期,玻璃化转变温度有所升高,随老化时间延长逐渐趋于平稳,树脂在老化1000 h后,质量损失为5%时对应的温度下降30℃,XPS结果表明复合材料表层发生了氧化反应,生成了新的官能团.
