采用表面分析法、X射线衍射和微生物技术,综合研究了核电厂球墨铸铁材料饮用水管线的腐蚀失效行为。结果表明,微生物腐蚀引起的腐蚀瘤是导致管线失效的直接原因,局部氧浓差腐蚀起到了一定的加速作用。
The corrosion failure behavior of ductile iron potable water,pipeline in a nuclear power plant was investigated by surface analysis method, X-ray diffraction and microbial technology. The results showed that tubercles caused by microbiologically influenced corrosion led to the pipeline failure directly. The local oxygen- concentration corrosion was another cause for accelerating the corrosion rate.
