针对目前高真空滤油机的使用状况,比较分析了单级、双级和三级真空脱气罐的优劣,总结了影响绝缘油滤油效果的主要因素。通过分析微水、颗粒和含气量对绝缘油性能的影响得出绝缘油中微水含量与真空度的关系。根据特高压变压器油的要求,设计了一种三级真空脱气罐,并优化配置了真空度及温度。通过试验验证,该三级真空脱气罐是一种高效的高真空脱气装置。
In view of the current situation of high vacuum oil filter press, the advantages and disadvantag-es of single, double and three level vacuum degassing tank were compared and analyzed, and the factors influencing the filtering effect of insulating oil were summarized. By analyzing the effect of micro water, particles and gas content on the properties of insulating oil, the relationship between micro water content of insulating oil and vacuum degree was obtained. According to the requirements of UHV transformer in-sulating oil, a three-level degassing tank was designed, and the vacuum degree and temperature was opti-mized. The three-level degassing tank is proved to be a new kind of high-efficiency vacuum degassing device by experiment.
