可持续发展、产品稳定性及各种新的环保法律法规使电镀业面临新的挑战.本文介绍了几种新的环保技术--包括生物除油剂、电解除油自动添加系统、先进的离子交换系统及长效珍珠镍工艺等--的应用状况,探讨了电镀行业可持续发展策略.指出建立技术中心、开发新技术、发展绿色工艺是电镀业未来的发展方向.

The electroplating industry is facing challenges regarding sustainability, consistency of the quality and legislation. This paper introduces several new environmental protection technologies including bio-degreaser, automatic dosing system used in electrolytic degreasing, an advanced ion exchange system and long-life satin nickel process. Strategies for sustainable development in electroplating industry were discussed. It is pointed out that the establishment of technical center to develop new technology and green technics is the development direction for electroplating industry in the future.
