研究了镧和酸雨复合处理对幼苗期大豆根系抗氧化系统的影响.结果表明,低浓度镧(0.08 mmol·L-1)及酸雨复合处理时,大豆植株根系中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶被激活,抗坏血酸合成增加,细胞膜脂过氧化发生,丙二醛含量和细胞质膜透性增加;高浓度镧(0.40/1.20 mmol·L-1)及酸雨复合处理时,过氧化氢酶活性被抑制,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性和抗坏血酸含量增加,但不足以清除过量的过氧化氢和超氧阴离子,丙二醛积累,质膜透性明显增大,终至伤害发生,复合处理下大豆根系细胞质膜受伤害程度均高于相应单一处理组,且随镧浓度增大及酸雨pH值降低而加剧.
