综述了高吸水性聚合物的吸水机理,重点介绍了提高高吸水性聚合物的耐盐性、吸水速率、凝胶强度及增大耐候性的各种方法,最后指出,高吸水性聚合物应该向材料复合化、可生物降解性、注重基础理论研究等方向发展.
