以氨水、正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法在羰基铁粉颗粒表面包覆纳米SiO2薄膜,测量和分析了电磁参数变化,并计算损耗角正切和μ/ε比值。结果表明:纳米SiO2包覆膜阻碍了羰基铁颗粒的电子极化并降低电导率,介电常数ε明显减小,而磁导率μ基本不变;纳米SiO2包覆削弱了羰基铁的电损耗能力,但不影响磁损耗能力,同时还改善了羰基铁粉的匹配性能。
With ammonia and ethyl orthosilicate as raw material,nano-SiO2 thin films were coated on carbonyl iron powder particle surface by liquid deposition method. The electromagnetic parameters measurement and calculation of loss tangent andμ/εshow that nano-SiO2 coating hinders the electronic polarization of carbonyl iron particles and reduces conductivity,makes its permittivityε decrease significantly,but the permeability μ basically remains unchanged. Meanwhile,the nano-SiO2 coating weakens the electric loss ability of carbonyl iron,but does not affect its magnetic loss ability,and the matching performance of carbonyl iron powder is improved.
