本文首先对数字全息干涉术中的数字图像处理理论以及数字全息干涉法实验原理作了详细研究.在此基础上,对数字图像处理中全息图的预处理、全息图像的频域滤波、数字干涉条纹再现等关键技术做了详细阐述.自行设计和搭建了数字全息干涉法流体质扩散系数测量实验台.以0.33 mol·L-1的氯化钾溶液-水的扩散体系作为标准物质,测量了其质扩散系数.结果显示,与文献数据比较测量相对偏差绝对平均值为1.30%,验证了实验台的可靠性.
