本文研究了不同热处理状态下Al-2.5Li-1.3Cu-0.9Mg-0.13Zr合金的断裂行为及其韧性,并结合显微组织进行了分析.结果表明:降低固溶温度,合金断口中沿晶分层及颈缩断裂将增多,剪切断裂减少,合金的韧性有较大幅度的改善。

The fracture mechanism for A1-2.5Li-1.3Cu-0.9Mg-0.13Zr alloy is quite different from undergone various regimes of heat treatment. With the decrease of solution temperature and the increase of aging temperature, the intergranular delimination and necking fracture on the fracture surface increase and the shearing fracture decreases. Thus, the toughness of the alloy may be much improved.
