为解决高热流密度电子器件的散热问题,设计了一套平板式不锈钢一氨环路热管(LHP)。研究表明,该平板式LHP能够在在热负荷2.5—130W顺利启动运行,无明显温度波动现象发生。当蒸发器壁面温度低于60℃时,LHP能够传输的最大热负荷为130W,热流密度12.8W/cm2。LHP能在热负荷10-130W范围内进行变热负荷运行,具有较强的自调节能力。LHP热阻整体上随着热负荷的增加而减小。但是当热负荷高于100W时,LHP热阻随着热负荷的增加略有上升。

A stainless-steel-ammonia loop heat pipe (LHP) with flat evaporator was developed to solve the heat dissipation of electronic device with high heat flux. The obtained results indicated that the LHP could start up successfully at heat load in the range from 2.5 to 130 W without obvious temperature oscillation. When the evaporator temperature is below 60℃, the maxilnum heat load the LHP could transfer reaches 130 W, which corresponds to a heat flux of 12.8 W/cm2. The LHP has high capacity of adjusting to heat load change while it could operate with variable heat load changing between 10 and 130 W. The total thermal resistance generally decreases with increasing heat load, but it has a slight increase when heat load is greater than 100 W.
