通过自制的酚醛-纳米蒙脱土(PF-MMT)和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷-纳米埃洛石(KH550-HNTs)以不同质量配比复配改性PA6,研究了不同复配比例对PA6结晶性能、热稳定性、吸水性和力学性能的影响.结果表明:PF-MMT复配KH550-HNTs改性PA6提高了体系的热稳定性和抗吸水性,Tg变化不大,但结晶度下降.纳米PF-MMT复配KH550-HNTs/PA6复合材料的刚性得到提高,韧性有所下降,尤其是弯曲强度得到较大提高.
