采用涂盐方法研究了不同Cr含量镍基高温合金的热腐蚀过程,利用XRD确定腐蚀产物相结构和采用电子探针观察腐蚀层前沿元素分布情况.结果表明,在900℃涂盐条件下,随着Cr含量增加,合金的热腐蚀抗力逐渐增强.合金中加入Cr后,能促使合金表层形成致密、连续的Cr2O3层,并且随着Cr含量增加,Cr2O3层厚度增加,Al2O3层逐渐向外腐蚀层迁移,从而提高了合金的热腐蚀抗力.
