研究了各向异性定向凝固/热压R-Fe-B 永磁合金的制备过程、成分和性能。成分为Pr_(19)Fe_(74.5)B_5Cu_(1.5)的合金经快速定向凝固和充分热压变形后,具有细小、致密的晶粒组织和平行压缩变形方向的感生磁各向异性,磁性能B_r=870mT,_iH_c=1003kA/m,(BH)_m=116kJ/m~3。Nd_(19)Fe_(74.5)B_5Cu_(1.5)和Pr_(19)Fe_(76)B_5合金因晶粒粗大,只具有极低的矫顽力。
