介绍了马钢第四钢轧总厂应用西马克-德马克漏钢预报系统的组成结构及报警原理，并对影响漏钢预报系统准确率的主要因素进行深入分析，通过提高硬件可靠性、设定精确的漏钢预报系统参数值及优化生产工艺操作等措施，取得良好的应用效果。
This paper introduced the structure and prediction principle of SMS-DEMAG’s breakout predict system, main factors affecting the precision of breakout predict system was analyzed. By adopting countermeasures to improve hardware reliability, set accurate system parameter and optimize production technology operation, satisfied results were achieved.
