用商品AIM改性剂(丙烯酸酯类冲击改性剂)与聚碳酸酯进行共混,考察了AIM改性剂用量对聚碳酸酯的冲击性能及拉伸行为的影响,发现含有4%AIM改性剂的共混物的冲击强度出现最大值.共混物的屈服强度、模量及屈服应力降随改性剂用量的增加而减小.选取AIM改性剂含量为4%的共混物样条于130 ℃的鼓风烘箱中进行物理老化,考察了物理老化时间对PC/AIM共混物性能的影响.发现随老化时间的延长,共混物的冲击强度降低,屈服强度和屈服应力降提高.同时也考察了老化时间对共混物拉伸行为的影响.
