将改性甲壳素、羧甲基壳聚糖和羟丙基壳聚糖按一定比例共混交联,流延涂布法制备3种多糖共混的壳聚糖基复合膜(CTSb复合膜).以鸡为实验动物模型.切除趾浅屈肌腱,横断趾深屈肌腱,形成趾深屈肌腱断裂动物模型.设置实验组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组和正常对照组,运用粘连等级评分、生物力学测试、组织学检测等方法对复合膜预防肌腱粘连作用进行系统评价.结果表明,CTSb复合膜组肌腱吻合口周围的粘连带、肉芽组织、胶原纤维及成纤维细胞均明显少于阴性对照组,肌腱活动度生物力学测试结果明显优于阴性对照组,说明CTSb复合膜具有良好的预防术后肌腱粘连作用.
