镀锌处理是提高钢板耐蚀性能的主要方法,但锌在多种环境中都易发生腐蚀,为了提高镀锌钢板的表面质量,减慢镀锌层的腐蚀速率,延长其使用寿命,镀锌层表面需钝化处理。本文综述了镀锌钢板钝化工艺的研究进展,论述了常规钝化和无铬钝化的发展和研究现状,重点介绍了无铬钝化的有机和无机处理工艺,对不同处理工艺的优点及存在问题进行了简述,并展望了镀锌钢板钝化技术的发展趋势。
Zinc plating is a main method for improving the corrosion resistance of steel plates. But in various environments, zinc is easy to be corroded. In order to increase the surface quality of galvanized steel, to slow down the corrosion rate of zinc coating and to, extend the service life, the passivation treatment is needed. In this paper, the progress in research of passivation for galvanized steel is summarized firstly. The development and current application of conventional passivation and chromium-free passivation are discussed secondly. Then the chromium-free passivation of organic and inorganic treatment processes are introduce. The advantages and existing problems of different treatment technologies are presented. The development tendency of passivation technology is also evaluated.
