采用共沉淀法在亚微米级二氧化钛表面包覆Sn(Sb)O2,制得二氧化钛导电粉.用XRD、XPS、TG-DSC等测试手段对粉体进行了分析,讨论了不同煅烧温度对导电二氧化钛粉体的表面元素的变化、物相、体积电阻率的影响及原因.
