为评定高温拉伸实验中抗拉强度的测量不确定度,取GH4033材料加工成 5的圆形比例试样,通过数学公式及分析影响结果的各项因素,确定不确定度的来源,建立数学模型,计算各种来源的相对不确定度,得到结果的合成不确定度及最终测量结果的扩展不确定度。
In order to evaluate uncertainty of testing tensile strength at elevated temperature, five piec of proportional specimens of 5 mm were pickout from the material of GH4033. The math model to calculate uncertainty is established by math formula and considering all different factors influencing testing results, in order to determine the different source of uncertainty. The combined uncertainty as well as expanded uncertainty of tensile strength is figured out.
