基于多流体理论、冶金传输原理、反应热力学和动力学以及计算流体力学创建了多流体高炉数学模型,详述了该模型的基本框架、边界条件设定和求解步骤,并针对具体的高炉操作给出了模型预测的流场和温度场分布,最后结合实测数据对模型计算的有效性和精确度进行了验证。研究结果表明,多流体数学模型是模拟高炉炼铁过程的有效工具,可合理描述炉内现象,准确预测高炉操作指标。
The multifluid blast furnace model was developed on basis of multifluid theory, thermodynamics and kinetics, transport theory and computational fluid dynamics. The framework, discretizing method, settingup of boundary conditions, and solution procedure of the model are introduced.The multifluid model was used to simulate a given blast furnace, giving twodimensional distribution of temperature and velocity, and the accuracy and efficiency of the model were testified by comparing simulation results with measured data. Generally, multifluid model is a useful tool to simulate blast furnace operation, describe the process, and predict the performance of blast furnace.
