基于多流体理论、冶金传输原理、反应热力学和动力学以及计算流体力学创建了多流体高炉数学模型,详述了该模型的基本框架、边界条件设定和求解步骤,并针对具体的高炉操作给出了模型预测的流场和温度场分布,最后结合实测数据对模型计算的有效性和精确度进行了验证。研究结果表明,多流体数学模型是模拟高炉炼铁过程的有效工具,可合理描述炉内现象,准确预测高炉操作指标。

The multifluid blast furnace model was developed on basis of multifluid theory, thermodynamics and kinetics, transport theory and computational fluid dynamics. The framework, discretizing method, settingup of boundary conditions, and solution procedure of the model are introduced.The multifluid model was used to simulate a given blast furnace, giving twodimensional distribution of temperature and velocity, and the accuracy and efficiency of the model were testified by comparing simulation results with measured data. Generally, multifluid model is a useful tool to simulate blast furnace operation, describe the process, and predict the performance of blast furnace.
