采用动电位扫描技术研究了新型医用Ti12.5Zr2.5Nb2.5Ta(TZNT)钛合金以及另外三种钛合金在林格氏溶液中的腐蚀行为,并对合金表面形成的钝化膜进行了分析,用皮下埋植试验评价了四种合金的生物相容性.结果表明:与另外三种合金相比,TZNT合金更易进入钝化状态;其钝化电位区间最宽,维钝电流较小,其表面的钝化膜更稳定,具有更优异的耐腐蚀性能;与Ti6Al4V和Ti6Al7Nb合金相比,TZNT和TA2合金植入白鼠体内4周和8周后无论是炎细胞密度还是植入物周围的纤维膜厚度均有所降低,具有良好的生物相容性.
