依据生物矿化的原理,通过严格控制反应条件,以双连续微乳液作为反应模板仿生合成磷酸钙盐材料.合成出的的磷酸钙盐经过SEM、TEM、XRD、FT-IR等手段对合成的样品进行表征.结果表明:合成出的磷酸钙盐是棒状多孔的羟基磷灰石,与天然生物骨的结构参数相近.
