为解决钢-铅黏接结构件中黏接状态的无损检测难题,基于超声声线法仿真软件研究超声信号在钢层、黏接层、铅层的传播特性,对其传播路径及声压变化进行数值模拟分析,得到不同黏接状态下的检测回波信号。结果表明:采用常规超声脉冲反射法对钢-铅黏接结构件进行检测时,黏接状态不同导致的回波信号差异很大程度上取决于始波脉冲信号特征。
To solve the problem of non-destructive testing of steel-lead bonded parts,analysis was done based on a ray-tracing tool. Propagation rule of ultrasonic inside multi-layer media was investigated numerically,then the path and amplitude of the ultrasonic was calculated,and the echoes from adhesive zone with good bond and lack of bond were determined accordingly. The results show that different echoes caused by different adhesive quality depend highly on the characteristic of initial pulse used for conventional ultrasonic pulse-echo testing.
