针对大型锻件内部孔隙性缺陷的扩散焊合物理过程及其焊合机理,建立了孔隙性缺陷扩散焊合的物理模拟模型,在Gleeble3500热模拟机上对影响焊合质量的压力、温度和保温时间等因素进行了研究。分析了焊合界面剪应力对孔隙性缺陷修复过程的作用机理,首次建立了考虑剪应力作用的扩散焊合模型,为研究宏观剪切变形工艺对内部孔隙性缺陷的修复过程奠定了基础。

Aiming at the diffusion welding process and mechanism of internal porosity defects in heavy forging, a new experimental model is built to study the influence of pressure, temperature and holding time on the diffusion welding quality on Gleeble3500 machine. And the shear stress on the diffusion welding interface is first discussed as one of the influencing factors of the diffusion welding quality of internal porosity defects. The research results will be helpful in building the diffusion welding criterion.
