本文对水平连铸电磁搅拌（S+F-EMS）冷却水系统存在的问题进行了分析，提出了改进措施，冷却水系统改造后保证了电磁搅拌的正常运行，改善了铸坯的内部质量。
This article analyzed the problems in cooling water system of electric magnetic stirring(S+F-EMS) for horizontal continuous casting，point out the improved measures，ensure the electric magnetic stirring circulate，improve the quality of billet.
