本文研究了碳含量对508-3钢大锻件组织与性能的影响。实验结果表明,在一定的热处理制度下,大锻件表面、1/4T、1/2T(T为最大截面处的厚度)处,碳含量为0.19% 时,回火后贝氏体铁素体板条较窄,析出的碳化物颗粒变细,分布均匀,强度、塑性均得到提高且有良好的低温韧性。
This paper experimentally investigated the effect of Carbon content on the microstructure and property of SA508Gr3 steel heavy forging. The obtained results showed that when carbon content of testing steel is 0.19%, the size of tempered bainite is smaller and the precipitated carbides are finer and uniformly distributed inside grains and along grain boundaries at the surface, 1/4T, and 1/2T (where T is thickness of heavy forging) after certain heat treatment processing, which leads to the improvement of strength and ductility as well as low-temperature toughness of the testing steel.
