采用相溶解度法研究了β环糊精(β-CD)、甲基-β-环糊精(M-β-CD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)、取代度为1的磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE1-β-CD)、取代度为4的磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE4-β-CD)以及取代度为7的磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE1-β-CD)对褪黑激素(MLT)的增溶作用.结果表明,在水溶液中,褪黑激素的浓度均随6种环糊精衍生物浓度的增加而呈线性增加,相溶解度曲线为AL型,6种环糊精对褪黑激素均有增溶效果.
