研究自凝基托树脂经TiO2-xNy修饰后的体外抗菌性能.采用溶剂热法成功制备TiO2-xNy纳米粉,通过多功能电子能谱仪、激光动态散射仪、X射线衍射仪和紫外-可见分光光度计对粉末的掺氮量、颗粒大小、结构及光催化活性进行检测.在自凝基托树脂粉中分别加入3%、5%、7%和10%不同比例的TiO2-xNy纳米粉和TiO2商用粉,制备成直径为10mm、厚度为1mm的树脂试样,采用抑菌圈实验法测试添加不同浓度的两种粉末后,基托树脂对变形链球菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌性能.结果表明,TiO2-xNy纳米粉为锐钛矿结构,具有可见光光催化活性.在可见光照条件下,TiO2-xNy基托树脂的抗菌性明显优于TiO2基托树脂,且随着TiO2-xNy纳米粉浓度的增加,抑菌性也随之增强.
