研究了压缩变形及退火热处理对高纯Ag(99.99%)微观组织的影响。结果表明,高纯Ag铸锭模锻后,经570oC×2h退火可消除铸态组织,屈服强度约为66MPa,随应变的增加应力明显增加;然后经道次变形量20%,总变形量85%的变形,退火温度为360oC时间为1.5h,高纯Ag坯料的微观组织均匀,符合制备靶材的基本要求。
Microstructure of Ag with 99.99% purity after compressive deformation and annealing was investigated. The results show that yielding strength of Ag ingot dieforged and annealed at 570 ~C for 2 h is 66 MPa, and the stress increases significantly with increasing strain,i, e, the strain hardening is obvious. With the rolling deformation of 20% per pass and the coldrolled accumulative reduction of 85% , and then annealed at 360 ℃ for 1.5 h, the microstructure of highpurity Ag is uniform.
