在聚丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯(PAN/VDC)共聚物中添加10-40wt%的正十八烷微胶囊制备储热调温膜.研究表明,相变材料微胶囊(MicroPCMs)能够很好地分散在共聚物膜中,正十八烷微胶囊含量为40wt%时,储热调温膜的储热量在30J/g左右,热焓效率约为56%.含30wt%MicroPCMs的膜较参比试样的最大温差可达4.6℃.在正十八烷微胶囊添加量不超过30wt%时,膜的拉伸断裂强度在2.2MPa以上,断裂伸长在1~2.5%.
