热障涂层是一种高温防护涂层,由于其应用的重要性和广泛性,已成为近年来涂层研究领域的热点之一.本文简要概述了国内外热障涂层陶瓷近年来的研究状况和发展趋势:目前最广泛使用的是Y2O3稳定ZrO2热障陶瓷材料(YSZ),而烧绿石结构的稀土锆酸盐和稀土氧化物是今后前景非常好的热障涂层材料.
