通过实验室固溶热处理试验和现场热轧工艺试验研究了板坯加热温度对AlN溶解的影响规律,并采用热力学计算进行了验证,比较了不同热轧加热温度的冷轧退火成品板的织构类型特征。研究结果表明:当板坯加热温度大于1150℃以上时,板坯中的AlN均能较充分溶解,其溶解量大于90%,常规的热轧板坯加热温度能够满足热轧镀锡原板AlN溶解的工艺要求。试验结果为制定合理的热轧镀锡原板加热温度提供了依据。
Effect of slab heating-up temperature on AlN solution in cold-rolled tin plate was investigated after solution heat treatment and hot rolling experiment. Texture character of cold-rolled plate with different hot roll annealing temperatures was studied by thermodynamic calculation. The results show that when the slab heating-up temperature is higher than 1150℃, the AlN in slab can be melted sufficiently, and the dissolved load is above 90%. The conventional hot-rolled slab heating temperature could meet the process requirements of AlN solution in hot-rolled tin plate well. And the above experimental results provide a basis for establishing a suitable heating-up temperature for hot-rolled tin plate.
