本文就310乙字钢腿部开裂进行了系统检测分析,开裂原因为该批310乙字钢在炉内局部加热温度过高,长时间保温奥氏体晶粒粗大,局部产生异常的魏氏组织,其塑性、韧性变差,导致其在后续轧制过程中开裂。
The cracked 310 Z shaped steel had been analyzed in detail. The fractures were caused by the low plasticity due to the abnormal Widinanstatten microstructure, which occurred during the high temperature and long heating time along with the large grain size.
