针对超超临界机组中863 K服役20000 h的HR3C再热器管材及与其具有相同Larson-Miller参数值的923 K时效1100 h HR3C管材,开展显微组织结构老化及力学性能衰减的对比研究.结果表明,服役环境的不同导致服役态HR3C钢管的内外侧显微组织结构产生差异.服役态HR3C内侧的显微组织结构和力学性能与时效态的基本相同;然而,服役态钢管外侧的结构损伤程度比时效态钢管更严重.因此,基于Larson-Miller参数的人工时效方法只能在一定条件下模拟USC机组中钢管的结构老化.
