以丝绸为模板,通过生物模板法合成了纤维形态纳米氧化锡.丝绸模板在前驱体溶液中浸渍后在不同温度下进行焙烧得到最终产物,并采用XRD、SEM、EDS、TEM和IR对其成分和结构进行了表征.结果表明,通过原位自组装合成,产物很好地保留了原始模板的微观结构,蛋白纤维转变为纳米晶粒组成的SnO2纤维,纤维直径约15μm,SnO3晶粒尺寸约55nm.讨论了反应条件对产物微观形貌的影响,确定了最佳反应温度为600℃,并分析了产物的形成机理.这种生物模板法为制备纳米SnO2提供了一种简易、环保的方法.
