对某燃油热水锅炉发生的过热与腐蚀破坏进行了分析，认为水质超标和过冷沸腾引起的水垢、烟气流场不均引起的积灰和管端伸出长度过长引起的管端过热是引起破坏的主要原因，同时也提出了改进措施.
With analyses on the detail of design, manufacture and operation of a hot-water boiler with corrosion failures in an oil-field,it was concluded that the highng，ash depositing and overheating of the tube ends.According to the results,some improvements measures were proposed.
