本文以建筑废渣灰和铸造旧砂再生粉尘为主要原料,分别在1100℃、1120℃和1140℃温度下焙烧制备轻集料.研究了原料配比和焙烧温度对轻集料性能的影响,并分析了轻集料的微观结构.研究结果显示:1140℃条件下,建筑废渣灰含量为90%时,可以制备出表观密度为1281 kg/m3、抗压强度为8.21 MPa、吸水率为0.85%的高强轻集料.
