通过对CO2激光空芯波导研究现状的分析,指出了全反射型空芯波导目前所面临的问题,在此基础上结合溶胶-凝胶法的特点,提出了用溶胶-凝胶法制备全反射型CO2激光空芯波导反常色散膜的新思想,并分析了其在原理、工艺及光学上的可行性.
