采用SEM、EDAX及XRD分析Al-Zn-Sn-Ga阳极合金组织中第二相和典型区域的成分及其分布, 观察显微组织与腐蚀发展过程, 研究第二相对合金腐蚀行为的影响. 结果表明, Al-Zn-Sn-Ga阳极合金中的第二相主要为腐蚀电位较负的Al2Zn相, 其中粒径较大的第二相由于贯穿合金钝化膜而优先腐蚀, 从而引起钝化膜的脱落溶解, 为合金整体活化提供前提条件.
The constituents and distribution of the second phase and some selected typical locations of Al-Zn-Sn-Ga anode alloy were chracterized by means of SEM, EDAX and XRD. Then morphologies of the corroded alloy were carefully observed. It shows that the second phase of the Al-Zn-Sn-Ga anode alloy is mainly the Al2Zn phase with a free corrosion potential much negative than the matrix. In which the larger second phase extending out the passive film on the alloy will be preferrentialy corroded, thus deteriorating the passivation film, so that to promote the activation and desolution of the whole alloy.
