本文研究了不同燃烧模式下医疗垃圾焚烧飞灰高温自蔓延的反应特性,分析了气-固和固-固相高温自蔓延反应燃烧波传播特征,产物分布规律和不同燃烧模式对产物结构及形态的影响,评估了不同反应模式下医疗飞灰高温自蔓延的无害化效果,并对焚烧飞灰气-固和固-固相高温自蔓延反应的热力学机理进行了初步探索.研究结果表明:气-固和固-固相焚烧飞灰高温自蔓延反应均可以实现产物的无害化,飞灰中Cd、Pb和Zn的毒性浸出浓度分别由6.02 mg/L、143 mg/ L和2217 mg/L降低到0.005 mg/L、0.005 mg/L和0.040 mg/L以下;固-固相自蔓延主要受化学反应影响,表观活化能约为79 kJ/mol,气-固相受扩散影响,表观活化能约为213 kJ/mol.
