利用OM、SEM、EM和EDS研究了单钛稳定439不锈钢和Nb-Ti双稳定439不锈钢的析出行为对耐冷凝液腐蚀性能的影响,确定了两种钢中各种析出物的大小、成分、显微结构以及取向关系。对两种钢分别进行了5个周期、10个周期和20个周期的冷凝液腐蚀评价试验,并使用极值分析方法对冷凝液腐蚀试验后样品的最大点蚀深度进行了统计分析。结果表明,双稳定 439不锈钢的预测寿命要比单稳定439不锈钢略高。另外,通过对两种钢表面钝化膜化学稳定性的研究,讨论了不同的析出行为对两种不锈钢点腐蚀影响的机制。

The influences of precipitate behavior for single stabilized Ti only 439 and dual stabilized Ti-Nb 439 on condensate corrosion resistance were investigated. A detailed analysis of the precipitates was conducted to characterize the size, composition, structure, and orientation relationship of carbides and carbonitrides. The condensate corrosion resistance of single stabilized Ti only 439 and dual stabilized Ti-Nb 439 was evaluated by 5-cyc, 10-cyc and 20-cyc condensate corrosion test separately. And the maximum pitting depths on sample surfaces after this test were calculated by extreme value analysis to evaluate statistically the maximum pitting depth of automotive muffler. The results indicate that the longevity of dual stabilized Ti-Nb 439 ferritic stainless steels is longer than that of single stabilized Ti only 439 ferritic stainless steels. In addition, the chemical stabilities of the types of surface passive films on these two 439 steels formed in air and 80℃ condensate were studied by measuring their electron work function. The study suggests that adding the stabilizing element Nb in 439 steels can improve their corrosion resistance and the influence mechanical of different precipitate behaviors on corrosion resistance was discussed and analyzed.
