以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸新戊二醇酯(PNA)和三羟甲基丙烷聚乙二醇单甲醚(Ymer N-120)为主要原料合成了非离子型水性聚氨酯(NPU).将其与溶解在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)中的聚苯胺(PANi)共混,得到水性聚氨酯-聚苯胺(NPU-PANi)乳液并固化成膜(复合胶膜).用红外光谱分析了NPU膜、PANi膜以及复合胶膜的结构.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、绝缘电阻测试仪和万能材料试验机探讨了不同PANi质量分数对复合胶膜的形貌、玻璃化温度(Tg)、热稳定性、电导率和力学性能的影响.结果表明:随PANi用量增加,PANi粒子团聚增加,复合胶膜的软段Tg下降,热稳定性提高,电导率增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均先减小后增大.当PANi质量分数为12%时,胶膜拉伸强度和电导率均达到最大值,分别为29.49 MPa和5.07×10 4 S/cm.
